Barry Trump and I took a trip into Mississippi for Juke Joint Festival 2016 and other interesting musical things. We visited Jackson, Mississippi and saw the state's oldest running Blues Jam with King Edward, sponsored by the Central Mississippi Blues Society and then on to Vicksburg, MS for a blues show at LD's Kitchen from Dennis Fountain and the Central Mississippi Blues Society Band. From there we went back north to Clarksdale for the next 4 days and saw every blues show we could. We had one hell of a time!
