The 2012 HALO event was held at BB's Jazz, Blues & Soups in March - Bob Case, Cee Cee James, Country Bill Edwards, Hudson and the Hoodoo Cats, Miss Jubilee & The Humdingers, Rich McDonough and Rough Grooves and the Soulard Blues Band were all in attendance for a wonderful benefit experience.
